Our Contracts team continually track rate structures and negotiate price adjustments
for our clients whenever possible.
Formal contract reviews are held annually (or as necessary) with all vendors to update pricing and any relevant terms and conditions. Contract pricing, terms and conditions are stored and managed in our proprietary TeleBase™ system and used for auditing purposes.
