TnT Expense Management, hosted its first Annual Client Forum on March 19, 2009 at its newly built, headquarters facilities in Sandy Hook Connecticut. The forum provided an exciting opportunity for TnT's clients, partners, and valued guests to learn about TEM and WEM through presentations by subject matter experts, technology demonstrations, and interactive roundtable sessions. Best practices were shared with new ideas for thriving in today's tough economic environment. It also presented an opportunity for TnT to thank its clients and showcase its new offices that optimize "Green" energy savings and provide an open gallery-like atmosphere for collaboration provide peer networking opportunities.

The conference brought together leaders from around the globe in market sectors that included financial, healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, commercial solutions and academic institutions. It featured high quality content with informative analyst keynote presentations from: Thomas Fitzgerald Accrete Partners, Beverly Lieberman, President of Halbrecht Lieberman Associates, Inc., Eric Goodness, Research Vice President, Gartner and Phil Redman Research Vice President, Gartner.

 

There were four round table sessions breakouts that targeted the most important issues telecom managers and administrators are confronting today. The first two sessions included Michael Bodetti, CEO and founder of TnT and Jeffery Cavaliere VP Billing Operations for TnT, who led a session on the Challenges of Inventory Management. A session on Financial. Justifications Return on Investment was led by Joe Basili, President of Network Trends Now, and Tony Bodetti, COO and VP of Wireless Services for TnT. Michael Bodetti and Lorraine Braden-Knox, VP of Procurement and Contract Services for TnT led a session on Three Phases of Sourcing and Contract Negotiations Finally, Joe Basili and Lori Thomas, Vice President-Global Head of Client Services for TnT led a session on International TEM deployments.
